I feel like crap.  My head is stuffed, my throat is sore and swollen, every joint on the right side of my body aches, I am coughing and my eyes are watery.  The only reason I am up is that I am sitting here debating whether or not I should get dressed and go in just for this meeting I have this morning that is fairly important and has a significant player coming down from our headquarters in person, or if I should just see if I can call in for the meeting.

Oh, and it is supposed to start snowing in the next hour and a half – the exact time I would be travelling to and from work.  And have I mentioned I don’t know how to drive in the snow well yet?

I’ll let you know.


  1. Hope you feel better soon…I hope you end up staying in and having a cozy day! I’ve done a lot of snow driving, but still don’t like it…even the best of snow drivers can have unpredictable moments. Best advice is to take it slow and leave plenty of room around you…I also avoid interstate driving so I don’t get “white-outted” by trucks passing.

  2. Oh…I’m in the same boat with feeling like crap! I too have the stuffy head, watery eyes, stuffy nose, and headache! YUCK!

    I hope you feel better very soon! Did you stay home?
