Creating Habits

Moment by moment, I am working on focusing on what I have in my life that is good, rather than what I don’t or isn’t what I would hope.  It is actually working – though in some moments I find myself sighing a lot (better than ‘pouting’).

I laughed a lot yesterday and that is a good thing. 

I bought the softest blanket I have ever felt – and with this cold day, that is a good thing.
